2. Read and sign the Independent Contractor Collections Agreement (.pdf format)

3. Read and sign Background Check Consent Form (.pdf format)

4. Complete W-9 tax form (.pdf format - you can fill it out before printing)

5. Other documents required:
    A. Copy of Bond(s) - if required by your State or the States you want to work
    B. Copy of Business License or d/b/a - for all States that your are licensed or registered in
    C. Copy of State/County/City Collection/Occupational License - if required by your State/County/City laws
    D. Copy of Driver's License

Judgment Recovery Professionals wanted

Judgment Recovery Professionals need to show proof of: 1) Length of time in business of at least one year 2) Proof of at least one satisfaction of judgment 3) Membership in a recognized national Judgment Recovery organization, that provides advise and direction, such as NJN, SJR, CAJP or any recognized Association for Professional Collectors.
